Yes, public liability and professional liability.
How long before I can get an inspection done?
Because everybody’s situations are different and understanding that it is a time sensitive industry we work really hard to organize inspections within your timeframes, usually it’s within 1-2 working days but knows that sometimes it simply needs to happen more quickly and we try to make that happen.
How long after the inspection can we expect the report?
In most cases, the report is made available on the same day as the inspection.
Will I be able to speak with the person carrying out the inspection?
Absolutely, the inspector that carries out the inspection will call you once they have finished at the property to discuss anything of relevance, and then the inspector will update you on the report timeframe. Then once you have had a chance to read through the report then you are always welcome to call the inspector to discuss further if required.
Can I attend the inspection?
Yes, we do recommend you to notify the selling agent out of courtesy. It will be ideal if you arrive about 15 minutes before the end of the inspection that way the inspector will have had a chance to work through the property and can then spend some time talking about the property and answering any questions you have.
